DIBP newsletter on 457, ens and rsms changes and March 2018 new requirements

DIBP newsletter

note that it states in part
“Agents are reminded that if an applicant provides evidence of English to meet the requirements for ENS or RSMS, the test must have been conducted no more than 12 months before lodging.”

This is incorrect

The legislation still says any test less than 3 years old is ok for showing competent english for an RSMS/ENS visa application
