Who are we?

The Name ISCAH may sound unusual to you, it is actually the initials of a very famos Australian song, I Still Call Australia Home.

May I intorduce myself? My Name is Steven O'Neil. I estabished ISCAH Migration in 1997 after working for 5 years in the Perth Immigration department.

Most of my time whilst in the Perth office was assessing applicants for temporary and permanent residence. This gave me a strong background in the type of work that I would undertake after establishing my own business.

To be registered as an Australian Migration Agent I sucessfully demonstrated that the knowledge I had built up in my time as an immigration officer gave me a sound enough knowledge to practice legally outside the department.

Since commencing business in 1997 I have developed a loyal client base. The biggest proportion of new inquiries to my busieness are those who have been recommended to me by existing clients. Most of these being from South Africa, Singapore, Germany and Austria.

I am open and honest about a clients prospects, if I do not think that a client is going to meet the legislative requirements, I save their time and mine by telling them staight. Whilst those clients I do take on, I work very hard for, accessing many diferent resources in order to demonstrate to the department that they meet the visa criteria.
