Why use Iscah
We have a small team of nine very dedicated professionals (see structure below), who are continually looking at ways to provide better visa options and service to our clients. This includes 3 ex-DIAC case officers with a combined 45 years working for the Department of Immigration.
We manage over 400 clients from varying backgrounds and manage around 20 companies which includes small trades businesses up to large multi nationals.
Our knowledge of immigration legislation and changing policies is second to none. We have a monthly newsletter with a readership of over 3000 as well as continual updates through our facebook and twitter sites.
In November 2010 we established an online database which allows all our clients to access their visa records with us 24/7 to see what is happening as well as a continually updated estimate of the expected processing time for their application.
We also create separate websites for some of our larger corporate clients to better advise the people they are sponsoring of the paperwork involved, this saves considerable time for those sponsoring companies.
As well as this there are the more specific duties of a Migration Agent we offer below
· Our visa success rate for all categories of temporary and permanent visas is currently 97%. We do not promise that you will get your visa using our services. But we do believe we provide you with the best opportunity of meeting the migration criteria. If we do not believe you are likely to receive your visa we will tell you. · We are fully aware of the changes to the migration legislation both when we give you initial advise and during the processing of your application. This allows you to make fully informed decisions at all times. · We will advise you of the most appropriate class of visa for you personally. · We will provide all the relevant application forms, explain the procedures involved and the normal time period you can expect to wait for various stages. · We will provide you with a full list of the required documents to meet your particular visa class criteria. · We will assist you through any skills recognition processes you are asked to undertake. · We put together a submission addressing all the key legislation to accompany your documents. · ISCAH is your legal representative and will advise you and represent you throughout the processing. · After receiving your visa we will continue to provide you with relevant immigration advice for family and assist your settlement in Australia.
