Undecided RSMS/187 nominations lodged for Perth positions before March 2017 –
New legislation commencing on 17th November 2017 seems to suggest that any RSMS nominations lodged for the Perth Metro area that are still NOT APPROVED on that date will not be able to be approved.
This will severely affect the many hundreds of applicants still waiting for their nominations to be approved.
We are trying to clarify with DIBP if this is the intention or there is some other instrument that saves these existing applications.
